« Enjoyed our time. Colonial Beach is fun for all ages. Property does require the ability of climbing steps, original hardwood floors are very slick with bathroom floor being the slickest even without showering and in areas uneven, very uneven, bathroom has a vintage claw foot tub that requires the ability to step in and out of. There is no gate or door at top of entry steps, no baby gate within property. Just a couple of things to think about if you have any type of fall risks, mobility issues...

« We liked this rental and it was clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the private community beach located a 5-minute drive away from the property. I did want to mention a couple things I found surprising based on the listing. One is that the listing says it has ‘dock access.’ This is not accurate. The house sits on a small lake.
