« This was a great rental for a small family. We enjoyed the amazing water view, sitting on the porch with our kids. The ability to cook and do laundry was an added plus that made us feel at home. We will be renting this baby again! »

« Rey clean lovely condo with a wonderful view of the river. Sunrise was gorgeous. Bed was super comfortable. Colonial beach is my new favorite little vacation town. Very friendly people. Our host was so responsive and welcoming. Much appreciate his quick response to questions. There were a lot of steps to climb to get to the condo but that’s probably a good thing for a Bach front property. We would definitely love to stay here again. »

« The house was great! Beautiful location and very clean. We used the theatre room a LOT! Loved the big kitchen and the family room with lots of games. The dock was under repair, unfortunately, but it was raining anyway, so not too much of a loss. The host left water, coffee, snacks, and toiletries - so sweet! »
