« We absolutely loved our stay on Smith island in this adorable cottage. Laura the host was very responsive, friendly and helpful. Being first timers to the island, I had several questions that were answered very quickly. The cottage was clean, well stocked (which is important for this type of unique experience) and decorated very cute. The local people were very friendly and we enjoyed the scenery of the island. We will definitely be back! »

« Property was exactly as pictured, Crystal is very prompt if contacted & very accomdating to questions. If you are looking in ng for some quiet peacefulness yet close to the water, or nearby towns & attractions & travel with your dog this is the perfect spot! « We had a lovely 2 night stay. The owners and host were wonderful. We were so happy to have use of the golf cart and bicycles. The cottage is adorable with beautiful touches all around. »

« No staff on site to check us in. An envelope with instructions was left for us in the lobby (main door unlocked at ALL times). Found the room unlocked with the key hanging on the wall inside. The whole check in process is a security concern. The web site says free self-parking. There is street parking in front but limited to 3 hours. We called the management number. An operator answering the call tried to connect us to the management but got no answer. We left a message but never got a call or...

« I DO NOT recommend anyone stay at this establishment. When I returned for the day and turned on the lights roaches scattered across the floor. Roaches were even in the bed. I left and they would not give a refund for the nights I paid for. »
