« Truly a gem of a house! We loved that the house retained all of its charming historic elements. Every room was beautifully decorated with elegent simplicity. The location in the historic district was perfect. We hope that the owner will retain the vintage charm of the kitchen. That was a sweet surprise! Parking was never a problem even with the college fall semester in session! And thanks to the host for being so responsive. We would absolutely stay here again! »

« This property was perfect for hosting family for our son's wedding at Emerson Park. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Great porches to sit and visit with a view of the lake. Multiple indoor living spaces too. Great find! »

« Really nice spot and I thought it was a solid value. We saw some other, incredible houses on Canandaigua lake we wanted to book, everything looked perfect but when we saw the total price at check out, we said no way; way overpriced. But we found THIS place had it all: Enough room, nice interior, great view, nice outdoor space with a dock to park a boat, AND a fair price! Therefore, we will save this spot to check first for another rental. »

« The house is adorable and so comfy!! The owners have put work into making sure everything is as easy as possible to use while there. Loved the book with explanations of appliances, tvs, Netflix etc. everything was super clean and accessible! Would love to stay again! Very close to cute towns, wineries etc. »

« So beautiful to be on the river and private. We loved the waterfront. We used the pool the sauna and hot tub. Very enjoyable weekend. »

« We completely enjoyed this property and location in general. We were there for a week and had never been to the Finger Lakes before. We loved being right on the lake. The house was well stocked. It was a nice location for us. We also felt access to most things we planned to do was perfect. »

« Our stay was wonderful! The house was equipped with so many great amenities ( hot tub, fire pit, kayaks, kitchen equipment, high chair for our toddler, and a lot more). The views of Seneca Lake from the deck and living area were stunning. The house had plenty of room for 5 people and a toddler. The loft was a great addition, but got very hot so we did not use it. We still had plenty of space with the three bedrooms and 2 living spaces! The location was perfect, being close to so many wineries,...
