« Our experience was very good. We enjoyed our visit very much. Our room was cozy and welcoming. We had a few unique experiences that might help others to be aware of in the future. The hot water heater was very small which was fine, however, not knowing this we ran out of hot water during the first shower which left only cold water for my shower and we had a funeral to attend so that made it very inconvenient. « This place is a gem in that you have a lot of space for your family. We loved the yard and all the nature all around! My wife and I enjoyed watching the frogs and tadpoles in the small pond and walking around the property seeing deer and hearing the birds. Our 4 boys and 1 daughter loved the fishing setup with 4 poles and a table box. All together for the three days we were there, our kids caught and released over 50 fish! They had a blast! We used this as a base to see Church of Jesus...

« The Farmhouse was perfect for our Thanksgiving celebration. We have a large family with many living out of town, so the eight bedrooms worked great to accommodate them. Having two fully stocked kitchens made meal preparation easy, especially for our Thanksgiving feast. « We have 6 pets and have a tough time finding a sitter, so sometimes we travel with our largest pup (she's only 20lbs lol) and were pleased that she could join us on this trip! The Oak Cottage was neat and clean, well laid out as far as using the family room, kitchen, bedrooms, deck, and access to parking.
