Got us settled in showed us how to feed the deer and was able to come by and help get a heater turned on for us Florida people freezing in the northern New York climate I cannot strongly suggest staying here enough. The character and charm of this cottage is off the charts. »

« We have 6 pets and have a tough time finding a sitter, so sometimes we travel with our largest pup (she's only 20lbs lol) and were pleased that she could join us on this trip! The Oak Cottage was neat and clean, well laid out as far as using the family room, kitchen, bedrooms, deck, and access to parking. « The cottage is quaint with everything you need to unwind and relax. The boat dock is fantastic for sunset viewing. The owner was responsive to questions. The grill and patio area made for perfect views while enjoying a meal. Everything was perfect. »

« Nice, one floor cottage. Kitchen had many items to cook and bake with. Lots of blankets and heaters if needed. Some items in the outdoor deck box to make a fire for s'mores. « Iam disabled and need assistance walking,the cottage was open concept and easy for me to get around inside. The living space gave a relaxed vibe . Beautiful views. I brought a queen mattress cover that made the queen bed comfortable for myself. If i had to say anything that was an issue it would be the steps to the back yard.
