« Nice, one floor cottage. Kitchen had many items to cook and bake with. Lots of blankets and heaters if needed. Some items in the outdoor deck box to make a fire for s'mores. Will need kindling in the future. The view was beautiful! Mattresses were nice and we all slept well! Quiet because we went off season. Would definitely come back! Messages were answered quickly! »

« We had a great time at Lake Seneca and the house worked very well for 2 families.The cons: AC not available in one room and too noisy in another upstairs. Ladder on the pier broken and not usable. Too expensive in the current state but a little work and it will be a great place to stay (again). »

« Great communication. Spectacular location right on the water. Quiet. Safe. Cozy. Fire pit is a bonus, everything provided to build a fire. Crackling fire along with waves lapping. A wonderful dock. Water fowl landings and take offs. Beautifully White Birch tree. Sunrises. The house is equipped and comfortable. So very comfortable. All electric switches are labeled. Plenty of ice in the freezer. Ceiling fans. Will be looking forward to our next stay here. Lauren and Jeff are terrific hosts. »

« The one bedroom cottage was a comfortable stay for us. The size was good for us and it was very clean. Just about everything needed was available. The location was very convenient for the places we wanted to visit. It was surprising private considering it was really located in a neighborhood. Check in was frustrating as we arrived an hour early but could not get in unless we paid additional 50. That was silly so we just hung out on the dock. Also, top of fridge needs to be cleaned! »

« Iam disabled and need assistance walking,the cottage was open concept and easy for me to get around inside. The living space gave a relaxed vibe . Beautiful views. I brought a queen mattress cover that made the queen bed comfortable for myself. If i had to say anything that was an issue it would be the steps to the back yard. "The overall amenities were excellent, and I truly appreciated the quality of the stay. However, I was disappointed by the amount of waste at the breakfast buffet. Disposable plates and individually wrapped glasses, all ending up in the trash, feel out of step with today’s sustainability standards. This practice alone makes me question whether I would return. Thank you."
