« Cozy spot with great amenities. »

« Have stayed at Wurthmann house several times and would love to do it again. »

« "We had a great stay in Akron! The property was easy to find in a quaint, quiet neighborhood. The driveway was easy to navigate and accommodated backing my trailer in without any issues. Accessing the home was seamless after communicating with the host. The first-floor space has a lot of unique 1900s charm and character—it's clean, well-maintained, and everything was functional. The bedrooms were ample-sized and provided plenty of room to relax and get a good night's rest. Overall, a solid,...

« It is an old house clawfoot tub with plastic shower curtain around it, very old kitchen. If that’s not what you like you won’t like it, if it is, you will be just fine »

« We were unable to stay at this property because we were uncomfortable with the immediate surroundings after arriving. We observed several broken windows nearby and multiple closed or apparently out-of-business storefronts on the block, including businesses downstairs and next door. We did not feel comfortable leaving our car there or staying overnight, so we left and booked accommodations elsewhere. We contacted the host promptly about our concerns and requested a refund, but the request was...

« Very quite a peaceful place to avoid crowds. Knowing the area, it is crazy busy during the day, but by 6:00pm it is crazy quiet »

« This place was absolutely amazing! The house offered many things and overal l it very quiet and serene. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality! »

« I have to say communication was great. Everything was nice and clean. Bring a roll of paper towels if you'll need them. Also to turn the shower on, pill the ring down on the spigot. Parking is tight but doable, I was driving an Explorer. There is a queen bed and a trundle bed. This is a very nice place. Not far from Berlin and in the country. So peaceful and quiet. There is a fire ring with chairs around it. Nice deck. Everything is in one room (studio apt) and a bathroom by itself. Kitchen is...

« This tiny-home get-way was just what we needed. Nestled in the woods, well off the road, and secluded by natural tree cover. The coziness and uniqueness of this home was the appeal and so glad we 'took a chance'. It was just right. Our hostess communicated with us regularly, before and after arrival, and was ready to assist with the smallest of questions. We settled in at the fire ring and enjoyed tending the flames while sipping cold drinks, catching up on our reading, and just...

« The unit was beautiful, clean and modern. One block back from the main street which was great for walking to breakfast, dinner and shopping. However we would have liked to have some dish detergent so we didn't have to run the dishwasher for just 2 cups and spoons. The chairs are the balcony were unusable which was a shame as the weather in the evening was nice and would have enjoyed sitting out. »
