« We stayed two nights and I would say the property is in major need of an upgrade. I also had an issue with having lots of kids being unattended with no parents in the pool when I was trying to take my young kids swimming. Also, we had an incident where a bottle of water spilled on a bed, I asked for clean bedding and said I’d even change it myself but they kept offering me a rollaway but I refused until someone just brought me some sheets and blankets. « The bed was uncomfortable and the AC blew warm air, even at 66°. When the front desk clerk checked on it, they said it was working fine. I believe the electricity being out localling and the immediate increase in guests affected the efficiency of our AC, due to the increase of guests (especially with children) we were not able to enjoy the pool or hot tub . It was due to unfortunate weather around the afea, not the hotel. »
