« In the middle of nowhere »

« The room we were assigned did not have a working air conditioning unit or refrigerator. The management was very good with getting us moved next door for our stay. They had maintenance working on that unit immediately. They have a very helpful and pleasant staff. Facility just needs updated as many facilities do. Would use facility again when staying in Wooster. Very close to shopping. »

« Room was clean. Temperature and bed were both comfortable. But...the shower was only warm, not hot, and there was weak water pressure. Two of the three machines in the fitness room were not working. Breakfast was acceptable but not very good. »

« I loved the visit. Beautiful place. Was expecting a full cabin to ourselves when I first booked but the room was still nice. The Jacuzzi was amazing. Little backwards with hot and cold water. The kitchen was nice. Seasoning and degreaser would of been nice for the pans. Still a beautiful place. Would of prefered a view of the lake. The parking was a bit weird. The room was so nice when I came in »

« Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel. L’endroit n’a absolument rien à voir avec la présentation faite sur le site internet. Les lits sont bien dressés mais la propreté de la chambre et la salle de bain laisse vraiment à désirer. Nous avons dormi habillé et n’avons pas pris de douche, les serviettes n’étaient pas propres.Cet hôtel a sérieusement besoin d’être rénové »

« It was clean, close to main street and shops. The Staff were very friendly and helpful to us. We tried the buffet breakfast and we liked it »

« The room was moldy, I had to leave the room due to the mold since I am allergic to mold. Contacted for a refund, which the hotel denied. Drug invested area, cars parked on the road beside the hotel, pulled out lawn chairs and were drinking on the side of the road. Very un safe area and dirty hotel. I did not read the reviews, hope you do »

« Staff was great. Room is on the smaller side, but for one person it was fine. Bathroom was very nice. A/C was the only negative. It wouldn't go below 68d, and if it is set below 68d, a signs says it will freeze up and stop working. Was a warm room, made sleeping difficult. It could have been user error as well! »

« We enjoyed our stay at this location . The view was spectacular with rolling hills and place of peace. The space was clean including the hot tub . It was fantastic to unwind. Martha and her team provide kind quick and charming services . We didn’t use the kitchen but it was great to have that as an option . The garage was clean and convenient to keep our vehicle out of the sun as well as it made it easy to load/unload. Definitely recommend »
