« Super nice place, very clean and well kept. It was a great location to enjoy coffee in town and enjoy Cuyahoga Valley NP. We were only 7 minutes from the historic railway station. We just got engaged and loved it as a little engagement-moon getaway with our adventure-kitty Maribel. Definitely would stay again our next time in town »

« This place is amazing. A true gem! Very well designed, maintained, organized and stocked. This is a very spacious place with comfortable bedding and furniture and so many special extra touches it’s no wonder why this place receives such great reviews. I’m already thinking of booking it for future family getaways. I think it would be great for a multiple day stay to fully enjoy, but it was just as easy for one night. It was so incredibly quiet inside and I didn’t even hear my friends move about...

« This was a really a pretty nice little spot if you’re just looking for a place to crash and spend most of your day elsewhere.The price was fairly reasonable considering it was a small 2 bedroom apartment so i felt it was about the right price. I would say 100-130 a night for this place is the sweet spot.Overall, I would reccommend it is perfect for 2-3 people. »

« Stay was great. Very convenient to everything in Berlin, most within walking distance. Room was very clean and comfortable. Michael was great as a host with easy communication. The only issues, somewhat minor, was the was noise most the night because the room is right on the main road close to major intersection. Also, the hot tub outside was nice but only had curtains that had to be closed but NO real walls or windows to keep sound out. We could hear everyone walking by and traffic was rather...

« The property was very clean. I didnt like the fact the pool was at another address. I would have used it. Need a sink by the microwave. I would had used the fire pit to cook. Inconvenient to take everything to the bathroom. Very tranquil and close to downtown Berlin. We enjoyed the stay. »

« There was a repair that needed to be completed at the Mott apartment, so the host changed our accommodation to the Bronson House. The Bronson House is a historic home located minutes from downtown Peninsula. Restaurants, hiking, biking, and local shops were within walking distance. It was beautifully kept inside and out. There was an area in the back of the property that looked out on to the Cuyahoga River. It was very peaceful and relaxing. »
