« Excellent service from Lisa and Megan.The place is clean and very well equipped. My only suggestion is to replace the spices in the kitchen (they are old). And the sheets on the king bed should be replaced (they kept coming un-tucked). Other than that, the place was perfect. »

« Absolutely AMAZING. Beach is right outside! Interior floor plan was simply perfect. Great area for all of the family to gather around and share tales! The house just felt like our home the second we walked in. The owners provided specifics on restaurants, hikes & things to do. Everything worked perfectly. Plenty of parking with ease to access. Bottom line: Hands down this is the best house we have ever visited and our plan is to be back soon. »

Spacious, awesome location, quiet, comfortable beds, lots of king size beds, ample room in the kitchen and living area. « Our stay was for a retreat for 22 men. We ended up with 18. The house had a large living room that was ample space for the large group meetings. There were also other places that allowed us to have 4 breakout groups. The kitchen was well stocked for cookware, though we came prepared with electric skillets, stove top griddles and a coffee urn. We were disappointed that the barbecue did not work, but were able to improvise from our original barbecue dinner plan.Everyone enjoyed the beach house and...

Quiet neighborhood and beach is literally 4/5 houses down! The Oxnard area gave me a feeling of laid back friendly welcoming neighbors. The owner's were easy to contact and responsive. »

"J’avais de grandes attentes sur cet hĂŽtel dĂ©jĂ  vu le prix. On paie pour la vue c’est tout. C’est au bord de la Highway 1 , de l’autoroute 101. Et pour couronner le tout le passage du train qui siffle !! On a l’impression de dormir sur la route tellement c’est mal insonoriser. Ne prenez pas petit dĂ©jeunĂ© compris car c’est light un croissant un bol de cĂ©rĂ©ales et soit un cafĂ© soit un jus et si vous voulez du salĂ© vous payez en plus Pas trĂšs propre non plus. Les encadrements de portes collaient et les fenĂȘtres pas faites depuis un bon bout de temps. "
