« Very quaint and private, cottage is surrounded by oaks and a fence/hedge blocking the street. Interior was perfectly clean, new fresh towels and linens. King mattresses were too firm but the pillows were wonderfully soft, and there were firmer pillows available. Bathroom is tiny, not enough counter space, but it is fresh, new and shower tile appears brand new. There was some rattling of the bedroom windows in the middle of the night, had to use my earplugs when it woke me up. Very natural...

« What an outstanding location. You literally can be dipping you toes in the sand in less than minute, and in another minute the waves are lapping at your feet. The beach is beautiful and is great for long walks. The home was spotless, and every essential was provided. Beds were very comfortable as was the seating around the fireplace and TV. « We stayed here for Presiden't day weekend and it was really great - you can not beat the location, right on the beach and close to downtown Montecito. You can also walk to the Rosewood, which is just gorgeous. We got a day pass for the pool one day and walked down from the bungalow. The only critique I would have is get rid of the 1-ply toilet paper! For a place this nice (and expensive) I would appreciate a nicer toilet paper experience ;) We will definitely come back! »

« My dad and I attended my cousin's wedding. The location of the home was great. The only issues I had but did not affect our stay was that the door lock did not work when we were leaving and parking was a small issue. My dad can't walk that far and if parking wasn't available outside the front gate we had to work around that issue. But most of the time parking was available. Communication with the owner was great and the owner was responsive. We enjoyed our stay. »

« The place was decent. Wish there was more seating in the living room (like another couch or sectional). I would have liked the back sitting area to have been a bit neater and cleaned up. I would stay again. »

« Property is nice, Unfortunately the property is a little dated and the cleaning crew that they have working for them is below subpar. The showers were moldy, the property was picked up but not clean. Hard to sleep in the Master bedroom with all the lights of the harbor and the park. It really has a Great view and located next to a nice family and pet friendly park. In all fairness, we would stay there again but it would be nice for it to be better kept up and cleaned.
