Second time we have stayed here and we love it! Definitely will be back so much room for my family and dog friendly right by the beach. HIGHLY recommend it (just not the weeks we want to stay lol)

A great home base for our family weekWe spent the week here with six adults and two dogs, and the house worked extremely well for our group. There was plenty of space to gather without ever feeling crowded, and we loved being able to walk right over to the beach and harbor. The rooftop was a great place to wind down and soak in the views, and Zalman was quick and helpful whenever we reached out. A very enjoyable stay in Oxnard.

The house was huge enough for our very large group. Very close to the beach large bedrooms. Big enough to sleep an army. Stocked with plenty of games. Couldn’t be cleaner or more accommodating.

This place was perfect! We had 10 people and spent the evening out in Ventura, but we almost wished we’d stayed in. There was plenty of room for all of us, the kitchen was huge, the roof deck was beautiful. All in all, so worth it!

Loved our stay at Zalman’s property! The entire house was beautiful and was a 5 minute walk from the beach and the dock, where we were able to kayak. The kitchen was really nice everything was super clean!

The location was fantastic! Beautiful views from the roof top patio; nice views from both balconies. Spacious enough for our entire (multi-generational) family. Very well appointed kitchen. Very peaceful. Would definitely stay again.

Such an amazing home to host our family over the long weekend. Quiet neighborhood full of friendly people - kid and adult friendly. Beautiful views from the rooftop and a joy hearing the seals early in the morning! Beautiful home with plenty of space, comfortable and cozy! Lots of memories made! You are a wonderful host!

Amazing Stay

Wonderful property in a great location. Responsive host. Clean and kitted out with great amenities. Beach right across the street. Suited well for our party of 10, 6-8 would be incredibly comfortable. Very happy with our entire stay!

Beach Get Away

This was a wonderful, spacious place in a great location. It had a great kitchen and lots of hang-out space. Great place for a family gathering. We went whale watching and biking in the area, and sea lions right off the jetty wall. Highly recommend!

The house was spacious and grand - a great location and layout for our three generation group. We appreciated the family friendly furnishing and amenities, with a special shout-out from the kids for the delightful game room and beach toys! Zelman was very accessible and accommodating. Glorious Getaway

This house is absolutely gorgeous! We booked for 2 families and could have fit at least one more. It is huge, so clean and a great layout for families with kids. The rooftop deck has breathtaking views and the house is right across the street from the beach. The owner was a dream to work with, so flexible and kind. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Great house for family fun!

We have rented this home two summers in a row. It is well stocked with games, bikes, and beach gear. House is very clean and well maintained. Owner has always been very responsive to any questions or concerns. Tons of room for our extended family to eat together and enjoy our vacation.
