« My husband and I reserved cabin 21 for 2 nights. It was our anniversary and we wanted to get away for a short time. I found Sylvan lodge and fell in love with the property. We arrived late afternoon, the staff there was helpful and pleasant. We opened the door to our cabin and was hit with a strong odor of mold. « Lay Lodge is your own private slice of paradise! The deck on the waterfall, hot tub, fire pit, was fabulous! The cabin had everything we needed and extras too! So clean, everything was in great shape. This property is so well cared for, even the landscaping was top notch! The drive lined with white hydrangeas was a great welcome, and the giraffe was adorable!! Loved every minute there! »
