« My kids and grandkids especially loved this property! the river view and especially the bird watching from the wrap around deck was amazing - my son counted over 31 species of birds, including 2 he'd never seen before! the house was very clean and had lots of extras like board and card games and an awesome propane grill. We had a minor TV issue the first night and the host provided a brand new TV the next morning! Responsiveness was very much appreciated. We as grandparents loved the ground...

« The property was very clean. There are plenty of towels and the kitchen is very well stocked. If you need an appliance, it's probably in the kitchen. The yard was well kept as well. The only down side was that it isn't as close to the water as we had expected. You can see the river, but to get to it, you basically need to drive. And the confederate flag flying on the beach is a little disconcerting. It deterred me from going down there. »

« Would absolutely recommend No Say Left Farm for all my future travels to the Winton/Ahoskie area. The place is definitely off the path, and if you blink after the trail tracks, you might miss the sign. But the pics do not actually depict just how spacious this place is. Best for multiple families so it amazing for our party of four. Amanda is a consummate professional as a host; she’s literally with you from card approved through check out. You will not find a better place to stay in the area...

« Cottage très propre et bien confortable avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Une vue fabuleuse sur le fleuve, une plage privée, un calme absolu, des balbuzards pêcheurs comme spectacle journalier.... Seuls points négatifs: salle de bain/ toilette vraiment petite, par contre fonctionnant très bien. Et les lits faisaient 130 cm de large( après vérification!)... Un peu étroit pour des couples. Malgré cela, nous avons passé une très bonne semaine, vraiment ressourçante et dépaysante! »

« Coming up the driveway we were thrilled to see the river view. Once we went inside the house, we thought it would be nice, but the home was spacious and nicely decorated and there was everything we needed for making our family get-together comfortable and fun. We enjoyed cooking most meals "at home," and also enjoyed going into Williamsburg on the ferry (close by) to visit Colonial Williamsburg and other sites. We all went out on the two kayaks and really enjoyed the wildlife we saw--our kids...
