Châteaux à Norfolk - Virginia Beach

« Convenient location. »

« Super »

« I checked in at 7:30 am but I left and back from work at 12:30 am when I open the room was the most dirty and disgusting room I ever seen, beers bottles food plates nasty that was my room after 13 hours work day very disappointed for the money I pay for 4 hours sleep and I need to waiting for another room never again I guess »

« Chambre propre Lit très confortable Accueil sympathique pour le Check in et le Check out Petit déjeuner correct »

« Great stay! Tatiana at the Front Desk is most helpful and always with a smile! The young lady who prepared breakfast was a doll! Plenty of food and always kept area clean and tidy. Pool was fun for the kiddos! »

« I didn’t like the fact that there were no updated tv in our room….when I reported a problem to the staff they did nothing to replace it. I didn’t like that the bed was so uncomfortable that I couldn’t sleep, And there was one elevator working the whole time I was there!!! »

« Upon arrival my room was clean & the temp was very comfortable. The staff was helpful on check in. However on checkout the person helping was a maintenance worker who didn’t know how to change my payment form. Breakfast was ok. It was what was expected from a complimentary buffet. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will stay here again. »

« Prêt de tout. Hôtel correct, propre. »

« The ONLY place ai stay when I go to VA Beach! Primarily because it’s close to the location I’m going to. But I’ve NEVER had an issue there with anything. »
