If you are traveling with 2 people or a group of 12, this house is perfect! We had every accommodation we could possibly need. The owners exceed our expectations. « It was a beautiful home, we spend mostt of our time in the hot tub and on the deck upstairs with the fireplace. Beautiful view of the mountains and the stars. The only downside about the house is that they didn't have extra fans and the master room was hot. We couldn't leave the door or windows open due to no screens. Besides that we will definitely stay there again. »

« Host was very responsive and provided all the information we needed for a great stay. House was clean and as it is described. Very close to the Bryce Resort- five minute drive maybe. Plenty of space, fun games for the kids, and everything we needed in the kitchen! »

There was no manual explaining: 1) The use of portable heaters or baseboard heaters2) Things to do upon entering or leaving2) Local attractions4) Emergency contact informationDid find a single sheet under the silverware tray in a drawer the next morning.
