« Extremely convenient location to explore the Shenandoah Valley. Strasburg and Front Royal are very close, so plenty of food options and all the shopping you could need within 15 minutes of the cottage.The cottage itself was clean and comfortable. The property had plenty of space to walk our dog and play catch. We definitely enjoyed our stay. »

« We absolutely loved the charm of Anne's Retreat and how welcome we felt. The amenities were great and the kitchen was extremely well stocked with cooking equipment. We especially enjoyed the porch and rocking chairs (and cats)! We primarily chose it for proximity to the park but as there was so much to experience in the area, we would gladly stay there again. »

« We were in town for a family wedding at Shenandoah National Park and had an absolutely wonderful time. The Blue Pearl was nicely appointed, and the beds were very comfortable. Jason gave us all the information we needed and replied promptly to any questions we had. The town of Luray is very nice; we had time to check out the town a bit and see the Luray Caverns which were amazing! »

« Very welcoming home. It was a great place to relax and enjoy time with our family. It served as a perfect “base camp” for hikes at Shenandoah National Park. The home owner has provided additional amenities (soap, shampoo, k-cups, games,…) which was an added bonus. We really enjoyed our stay. »

« We had a wonderful stay in Luray. We immediately fell in love with the house from the large front porch to the beautiful rooms to the craft architectural touches throughout the house. I was very touched by the unexpected extra measures taken by the host to make us feel welcome including a coffee station, games, and a fully stocked kitchen. This was my first VRBO experience and the kindness of the host made it a very positive experience. »

« We were looking for a place within a short distance to the Inn and found this gem. The property was spotless and comfortable. It would have been an ideal base for a trip to Shenandoah had that been part of our itinerary. It's just a short walk to the Inn. The house was a welcome destination after the meal and wine. »
