« We had a fabulous weekend getaway at this property. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the location is great for access to hiking trails and the Shenandoah mountains. When we arrived, the hot tub was not cleaned and was cold but the owners responded right away and got the cleaners to arrive within a couple hours to clean it. They were extremely responsive and answered all questions quickly. »

« Check-in was great. The Castaway Cottage was just how it was listed. The back porch was the best part, it was big enough for the whole family to hang out. Unfortunately when we were there it was very hot and the ceiling fans on the porch did not work. Maintenance came to try and fix them but he could not. « We held a family reunion over the weekend and had a great time! We used the pool a lot, got to fish off the dock by the river, and the kids loved the movie room! There was plenty of space for everyone. The host sent the keypad code before check in and communication with the host was seamless. »
