« John, the owner of the property is very nice and communicative. The house is new and John is just finishing the new deck. It's not on the lake it's across the street but you can still see the lake. If he is able to cut down a couple of trees it would be an absolutely beautiful view. We only stayed 1 night because we were going back and forth to Watkins Glen International. « Staff was friendly and helpful, when asked for towels, coffee items were provided. The location was nice, pool and spa were enjoyable. Suggest sweeping front entrance porch and steps. Three of the bathroom doors wouldn't shut completely. All rooms had spiders, purchase an vacuum to sweep up the spiders on ceilings and walls and clean floors. « This property is in a beautiful quiet location 15 minutes from the center of Ithaca. The common areas of the house are very spacious, easily accommodating a full house. « My family and I came here for our son’s wedding at Lincoln Hill. It was a perfect fit for us. We used the lower level for my father who can’t climb stairs.
