« Quaint B&B near Lake Seneca with an outstanding breakfast! Ashley and Dave are wonderful hosts and made us feel right at home. This is a 120-something year old house so don't stay here if you cannot tolerate creaky floors, small sinks, and a slightly wonky layout. It's called character. We stayed in the Roosevelt room, which is right off the dining room and the only bedroom on the main level. « Super nuit passé dans ce bed&breakfast dommage que nous avions pas réservé plutôt car je serai bien restée encore mais complet L’endroit est magnifique!!!!!! On s’y sent vraiment bien et détendu »

« extremely clean and peaceful. excellent breakfast with friendly staff »

« Traditional bed and breakfast on the first floor of a family home. The breakfasts were delicious and the owner welcoming. She provided information about things to do in the area and great restaurants information. The place was clean and well tended. »

« This was our first time staying at a B&B. We were happy to find the host welcoming and inviting. The Inn is a beautiful home. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Both us had the best night of sleep in the king size bed, the mattress wasn’t too firm or too soft and the pillows were perfect. If you’re looking to book here, do it! »

« Great B&B. The breakfast was excellent. Best we ever had at a B&B. One thing that would help would be blackout shades, not a biggy but fair amount of ambient light. »

« Beautiful property and lovely rooms! I would have loved to have had some more tea options, breakfast ready, and table set at the appointed time mentioned. »
