started with listing stating no hidden fees & that rental was pet friendly. Within 30 minutes of booking, I was requested to pay a per pet fee, which was not mentioned anywhere in listing. OK, paid that. Wanted to watch March Madness, but no TV remote for main TV messaged them, response, OK we dropped off. No you didn’t? Response we will drop off. Waited another couple hours with no remote or drop off. Too late, we will...
