« My wife and I had a great stay. The place was clean and well stocked with the basic necessities. Host provided a welcome basket with water and snacks and kept in contact with check-in and check-out information. Resort was very quiet and the grounds were well maintained with walking paths to the cliffs for great sunsets and down to the beach. We will be back. Thank you! »

« We love this condo. It is very clean which is much appreciated. We're able to sit under the covered patio and enjoy all our meals. It may not be a "full" ocean view, but the view you have is lovely and visible from the living area and bedroom. And its close enough to enjoy hearing the ocean waves. This was our 2nd time at this property, and we will be back. »

« We rented the penthouse apartment/top deck and the 3rd floor villa for 9 adults. Fantastic views and huge kitchen to cook group means. Absolutely will rent this villa again if/when we are doing the Santa Cruz Ironman or anytime with a group. Indoor, secure parking appreciated also. 1 block from the beach and pier. The manager is readily available if/when questions come up. »

The beds were very comfortable, which is important to me, and the pillows were fluffy. There was a stocked coffee station in the kitchen which is also very important. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property. »
