« Absolutely a perfect location! On first impression was pleasantly surprised how much space we had. The views were wonderful- harbor and beach waves! Has basic kitchen items, but we made it work. The location is absolutely perfect. We stayed over a week and it would be perfect if there was washer/dryer on site. Initial issue re:bbq, but that was resolved and the handy man/helper was absolutely wonderful, totally about our comfort and needs! What a jewel! Would love to enjoy again. »

« We loved our stay and were impressed by the hospitality of the owner William! The listing does make the space seem larger, and we were under the impression it was 2 bedrooms, not a pull out couch and one small room. That was our error. When we checked in, William was extremely accommodating and helped us book another room. Extremely clean and comfortable! Just beware the rooms are small if you have children. »

« The facility and the location were exactly what I needed: close to the beach, Capitola, and the Boardwalk; a beautiful, quiet room with blackout curtains; a very comfortable bed in a spacious room. All of this for an appropriately reasonable price. I'll definitely go back. »
