« Amazing! Clean, colorful, with thoughtfully designed spaces that accommodate a variety of preferences and needs. Absolutely beautiful art in every room. My favorite thing was the tiles in the "Lifeguard" bath upstairs. Laurie was easy to communicate with, and the beach (my favorite in Santa Cruz) is literally six houses away! The outdoor shower was a lifesaver after our multiple trips for sandy feet (human and canine). My only regret is not spending more time lounging in the beatiful backyard....

« Our extended family of eight spent a long weekend at the beach to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday. This house was perfect for us. The location is excellent in a quiet neighborhood a two minute walk to the beach. The house itself is clean and well laid out. The kitchen was plenty big for all of us to make breakfast and we used the huge table to play board games. I highly recommend this spot. »

« Location, location, location! Not only was this a perfect little home with wonderful decor, but its location couldn't have been better. We reserved the home for a short girl's weekend and it was the best weekend. The beach house couldn't be cuter, was well equipped, clean and so easy to check in and check out. We'll be back - for longer this time! »

« Nice size house. Well equipped kitchen. TV’s in every room. Large deck with nice size outdoor grill. Beautiful outdoor seating area with fire pit to take amazing sunset pictures. Family loved it and we’ll definitely return. »

« Location is amazing as the house overlooks nice beach with areas for surfers and swimmers. The area is not crowded as there is limited parking in the area. We’ve had plenty of space even for volleyball net. The house was recently remodeled to a very high standard. We’ve enjoyed all recent updates as one of the first guests. However the best part is the sound of the big waves breaking at night as you sleep with open windows. I have trouble sleeping at home and I really caught up on sleep during...

« The property was wonderful. The location was great. Less than 2 min walk to the beach carrying all our stuff. The balcony had the best views. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed.Communication with Al was easy. »

« We had 2 days wonderful in this house with an amazing view on the ocean, very pleasant with very few people around. Nice beach and we had the chance to see a whale just when we arrived. « I have stayed at this property in past years before it was listed with Vrbo! It’s located close to most of my hangs when I come to Santa Cruz and Capitola! Very Quiet, and clean, with plenty of room! I had trouble with the main Tv set and the upstairs set! Neither had the right controls until I notified the property manager! A TV expert was sent over to find the correct controls.I plan on coming back to A front row seat again soon! Thanks! »
