« Garbage disposal was not working and there was decaying food from garbage disposal all over the sink when we arrived. I contacted the owner and he said he was just there and did not see any issues. Blow dryer in one of bathrooms did not work. Only Beach towels in bathrooms, no washcloths, only one extra toilet paper roll for 3 bathrooms. Sliders very difficult to open. Only one key in lock box. Qwner did respond in a reasonable amount of time, but never offered to come & fix the garbage...

« The Seabright Bungalow was a super-cozy and quiet house in an excellent location, just steps from the beach. You could hear the waves at night through the windows. The host went out of their way to be very helpful during our stay. I would be happy to stay here again someday! »

« Great location - right on the beach! Unfortunately it was raining while we were there so unable to use the outside balcony and furniture. Views are stunning and there's direct access to the beach right across the unit! Kitchen had all the basics for meal prep or takeout. Covered car port also made it easy to get in and out esp while it was raining. Overall, it's a great unit if you're looking for a beachfront property and central to everything! »

« Our family stayed for the Thanksgiving holiday and we couldn’t have picked a better home for our trip. The kitchen was stocked perfectly for our cooking needs, the house was beautiful and very clean, and the hot tub and outdoor shower was a great bonus! We highly recommend this for any guests wanting a comfortable stay and an easy location to the beach and all things Santa Cruz. »
