« The location is terrific. It's located in a very quiet cul de sac. The place was more of a small cottage. The furnishings and amenities were nice. The loft bed was very comfortable, but be prepared to climb a ladder and sleep under a low ceiling. The bathroom is outside and not attached to the room. Also the outside tub is very tall. I enjoyed the place but I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with physical limitations. »

« This is a wonderful place to spend some time in Capitola and surrounding areas. The location allowed us to park and walk around the village and to the beach easily. It is a wonderful experience for a couple, with plenty of room for others in the family/livingroom. Just be a bit cautious of walking in the livingroom near the staircase, you could bonk your forehead. The kitchen is ready to cook with plenty of tools available. »
