« We absolutely loved staying here. The view as soon as you open the door is stunning. The owners were very thoughtful about how they've curated the stocked kitchen, towels, etc. It's nice to rentfrom an owner vs a corporation that doesn't have person touches. I enjoyed every evening falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean while snuggled up in the comfy bed. I left the sliding glass door cracked ever night and it was glorious. « The condo was very clean and ready for our use. Check in instructions were easy to follow. Very few items in the kitchen - had to search for salt and pepper but found it. No room for our groceries but made it work. Internet address and password were incorrect. Finally got correct log in information the next day from the office. Took two days to figure out TV too but finally got it. Too many remotes without any instructions. Ease to beach was great. »

« Great condo for a family. Wonder views of the property and the ocean. We saw whales everyday from the balcony. Close to restaurants and a cute little market. Pool and hot tub were well maintained and the trails around the property were great for the kids to run around. Would absolutely stay here again. »

« This is a beautiful condo - recently remodeled with such lovely high end finishes - and the beds are SO comfy! Sandi is an amazing host, and I always love the incredible ocean views (sea lions, dolphins, and whales on the horizon this trip!), the incredible proximity to the beach - not to mention the property at Pajaro is great. I can't wait to stay again - and the induction stovetop in the remodeled kitchen is also amazing! »

« This spot was perfect for our family of four! It was airy, roomy, and clean, and had all the amenities we needed. It's in a great location, just steps from downtown Capitola and the beach! Having a private garage parking space was a wonderful perk. We had to contact the host with a question when we arrived, and they were extremely responsive. We will definitely stay here again! »
