« Rey clean lovely condo with a wonderful view of the river. Sunrise was gorgeous. Bed was super comfortable. Colonial beach is my new favorite little vacation town. Very friendly people. Our host was so responsive and welcoming. Much appreciate his quick response to questions. There were a lot of steps to climb to get to the condo but that’s probably a good thing for a Bach front property. We would definitely love to stay here again. »

« Great location, clean room and plenty of space in the room. Only negative to say is that the separate toilet and shower room is a little tight, but it is nice to have the vanity separate of the shower and toilet. I did have a slight glitch at check in and Jenna was very responsive. I would highly recommend this location. The cost was very fair also. »

« It's a good location, easy drive to the beach and pier, on a dead-end street in a quiet neighborhood. New interior finishes, so like-new condition. Approach is a little tricky... you have to walk down a small grassy embankment to get to the entry door (rear of the building), which wasn't obvious at first but owner answered our call and us direction. Not a destination-kind-of-stay but perfectly adequate for a place to shower and sleep. Has a small deck with a garden hose to wash the sand off. »

« Room was awesome! Room was nice and clean, check-in was easy and had plenty of amenities. I would say the owners should be proud of that room but it was readily apparent that they already were with how much care they put into making sure we felt comfortable and welcome. »

« Third time staying in North Beach for Annapolis Sail Boat Show. Great location - 30 min. to Annapolis. Walking distance to restaurant's & beach. Quiet community. « Enjoyed our time. Colonial Beach is fun for all ages. Property does require the ability of climbing steps, original hardwood floors are very slick with bathroom floor being the slickest even without showering and in areas uneven, very uneven, bathroom has a vintage claw foot tub that requires the ability to step in and out of. There is no gate or door at top of entry steps, no baby gate within property. Just a couple of things to think about if you have any type of fall risks, mobility issues...
