« Appartement récemment rénové. Contient toutes les commodités. Terrasse sur le toit est génial. Le seul petit bémol est la présence de plusieurs sans-abris dans le quartier. Cependant, ils n'ont pas été incommodant plus qu'il ne faut. Je recommande sans réserve. Nous avons souvent loué sur Vrbo et ce fut un des plus beaux appartements dans lequel noys avons logé. »

« My husband and I had a wonderful stay and especially enjoyed the incredible view and access to the water. (They have paddles and life jackets for the kayaks) We spent hours both nights on the dock and loved getting to take the kayaks out. The living space had everything we needed with lots of natural light from the wrap around windows with view of the water from all sides!! We forgot to bring coffee and they ended up having some in the kitchen already! The boat house is attached to another house...

« This is probably one of the best Vrbo’s I’ve ever stayed in. The location was perfect, we were able to walk everywhere that we needed to. « It was our first trip to Boothbay and we couldn't have been more pleased!!! The Shipbuilder's retreat was well appointed in every way! Wide open, well cared for, and comfortable. We enjoyed coffee on the deck and playing games in the evening. « Nous avons eu un excellent séjour. L'appartement est propre et magnifique. Il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. L'appartement est à moins de 15 minutes de marche de tout dans Portland, c'est génial! On a beaucoup aimé et nous envisagerons de re-louer cet appartement lorsque nous reviendrons à Portland.
