Features of the first floor apartment -

3 Bedrooms: Two rooms with plush queen beds and one with a double bed, all with high-quality bedding for a restful sleep. Additionally, each bedroom has a dedicated workspace.

Bathroom: Includes a bathtub, soft luxury towels, and essential toiletries.

Kitchen: Fully stocked with cookware, utensils, spices, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and dishwasher. We also provide a selection of snacks, pantry essentials, teas, and organic coffee.

In-Unit Laundry: Bosch washer and dryer with detergent provided, as well as an iron and ironing board.

We are in the heart of the Munjoy Hill neighborhood, yet sitting in the garden you will think you`re well off the beaten path. The location provides easy access (within a 5 minute walk) to the breathtaking beauty of Casco Bay and the islands, as well as trendy restaurants, breweries, and cafes.

The best of Portland is within walking distance - Munjoy Hill (also known as the East End), the idyllic Eastern Prom (an expansive park with playground, public tennis courts, walking trails, beach, and kayak rentals) - and a pedestrian waterfront trail leading directly into the Old Port, and further to the Arts District with cultural venues, museums, and lots of local shops. All along the way are Portland`s many restaurants that have given the city a reputation as a premiere `foodie town`.

Please note that our Peaceful Oasis is intended for relaxation and is not suitable for parties. Only registered guests are allowed in the apartment. If you wish to host a gathering with additional guests who are not staying, please contact us before booking to discuss the details.

As we are located in a residential neighborhood, we ask that guests help maintain a respectful atmosphere. This includes no loud music, no smoking (inside or outside), and no excessive noise.
