« Smelly room because of old carpet. Doors with cracks that we could see through. Back door difficult to open . Small old fridge . Clean and adequate beddings . Shower ok . Breakfast generous . Nice weather, so we spend our time outdoor . Kayaking, mini-golfing , we also made a fire at night that was really a nice opportunity . The accommodations need renovations ! The property has great potential ! »

« This property is fabulous and it's on top of a little hill which overlooks BoothBay. Totally renovated. Super cute inside. Has a small living room with a small bar for Happy Hour . Website said breakfast included. Well, I just the a continental...nope...they had a chef which cooked ills a fabulous breakfast. Award winning! Definitely would stay here again but ask for a room in the actual house. Our room was located in adjacent to the house which was still nice but probably nicier if you...

« Beautiful place to stay with spectacular views. We stayed in a dog friendly cabin and loved walking the trails. Heated pool was very enjoyable. Great food and bar with a very friendly and helpful staff. Lot’s of things to do with the available boats, paddle boards and games. Trolley to the downtown was fun to use. Hope to return next year. »
