DNR boat launch was conveniently a few blocks away with a park-like setting. Everything we needed was near, including numerous restaurants as well as the historic movie theater. « We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Higgins Lake. The property was very clean and comfortable. It was stocked with all the linens and paper products you would need. The kitchen had every pot and gadget you could ever use. The water pressure in the shower was so strong it was better than ours at home! We had a issue with the code not functioning properly when we arrived, but we eventually got in contact with the host and got a new code that worked. Over all experience and property was good.
