« We arrived to the property and initially missed it as the entrance was overgrown with a for sale sign. No one was there and there is very little cell service. When you approach the office it is in disrepair, but what was worse was the condition of the bath house area. The door on the front wouldn’t open all the way as it would catch on the floor and had to be pushed open. Once inside, the smell of sewer hit you in the face. « Johnny was super sweet and accommodating. We knew we weren't staying during the day, so the Tipis were just perfect for the unique experience. By 10 am, it was time to get out of there, but that's Texas August. The only downfall was reception. I couldn't load up the VRBO to check for check out rules. Our boys slept just fine and we enjoyed the privacy. »

I want to be clear that the room was very clean, but I’d maybe bring a lint roller just in case…they did have a little hand-vacuum in the suite, so that helped as well.
