« My daughter grandkids, and I do a grandma camp out every year. When we look for a place, it has to be reasonably priced and on a lake with the right amount of sleeping space. The facilities were nice and clean. We did flip a breaker switch in the middle of the night or rather like at 12 o’clock at night, but my grandson was able to find the breaker box and take care of it. « Winnsboro Lake Retreat was very relaxing. The interior of the house was spotless. Every we needed and more was at our disposal. Beds were comfortable and the view out at the lake was great. We were a little disappointed that the dock was not usable. We were not informed before our stay about this condition and we should have been. We did not swim as the area looked unsafe to be in the water. Overall our stay was very nice. »
