« The property had not been cleaned when we arrived. Dirty sheets, food and dirt in some beds, clothes left in closet and sock under bed, no air in one bedroom but 3 small fans with chords tangled from a power block on the floor of the kids room. Manager had to come clean and change sheets and towels for us to stay one night. Canceled second night. »

The location was perfect for us because it was just minutes from downtown. Everything was as described and no issues or surprises...

« We have been traveling to the Evansville-area for several plus years to attend events and this property is our new favorite. We have stayed near the downtown and locations west, but this location is wonderful. Easy access to Evansville and located on a large multi-acre property that is quiet and relaxing, especially when sharing time around the fire pit or the very warm, comfy and inviting gas fire place in the living room. Modern appliances through-out an absolutely charming house. I’m sure we...
