« This is a lovely home, with everything I needed except food, lol. Excellent work station, comfortable beds and couch. The entire home was perfectly clean, warm and welcoming. The front porch was an excellent alternative as a work space, with comfortable table and chairs to work in the fresh air. Kevin was an exemplary host. 10/10 will stay again next time I'm working in the area. »

« The home was very nicely decorated, very clean and in a great location at the end of a street. The backyard is very beautiful where you can hang out and enjoy being outside. The game room is a great touch and would have been used more if we would have been in town longer. Enough space for our family. Great and quick communication by property owner/manager. Location was close to University of Evansville where we spent most of our time for baseball. »

« Was welcoming for pets, interior was clean with absolute basics, large rooms sparcely furnished. disappointed in lack of consumables: 1 use of toilet paper on the roll and no replacements, no paper towels or tissues, no hand soap & no dish soap. Had to find store open after arriving late evening. Outside overgrown and trash laying around on sidewalk, front yard. Limited parking, on street only down block. »

« For us this property was perfect. It was roomy, clean and the host provided us a ton of snacks, waters, and other staples. Ample towels, paper products, etc. We only stayed in the main bedroom and bed was comfortable with stand up shower bathroom attached. We loved having the fenced yard and garage access to park our car. I grew up in Newburgh and this location was perfect for us, with plenty of shopping and restaurants close by, plus quick access to Evansville. We will return next time we visit...
