« Lovely campsite, suggestions, a step stool or ladder to get in van for vertically challenged people and a hand grip somewhere inside near the door to assist with pulling up if no step stool.
Recommend some kind of hand rail or rope to hold onto to go up and down the incline to get to campsite.
I know the Sasquatch is supposed to help identify the home but it blends in with environment. Maybe paint it a color that will standout a bit?
This might not be the best place for a 63 yr old. ...

« This was our third time visiting the same spot near Lake Lure. Michelle and Jason are wonderful hosts, and we had an excellent stay. Communication was outstanding from booking through checkout. Michelle and Jason were friendly and responsive, and they made sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.The location is unbelievable; magical, peaceful, and convenient. We truly enjoyed our time there. We will absolutely return next year, and highly recommend this property to anyone looking...

« The grounds were beautiful! The tents were spaced out, but not so far that they didn't give a community feel. My boys really enjoyed the river access. It was shallow and easy to get to. Everything was well maintained and the grounds were very clean! I definitely recommend this place. It was an awesome experience. »

« The only toilet facilities was a porta potty which smelled and looked like it had not been emptied in months. Shower did not have a way to lock the door of the only shower, to keep others out. We did not have cell phone reception because of the mountains and no way to contact the owner. No one was around to check us in. »
