« I missed a day due to my canceled flight which means I would be staying 4 instead of 5 nights and I asked for a refund or to add that day but she was so rude and wouldn’t add the night it wasn’t even a day it was just half day because my flight leaves at 6am she said no is a no .while I paid her for 5 nights and got just 4 nights they are really not faire when it comes to canceled flights »

« Great property! The host was always prompt with my questions. The pool was perfect after a long day at Disney World! The only down side it the check in to the resort, the security team getting the cars checked in and getting parking passes is about painfully slow and un orginazed, but once thats done everything is absolutly perfect! »

« I don't know why there were negative reviews because the moment my family and I arrived at this home, we fell in love! It was clean and very well maintained. We enjoyed everything about this place. Yes, there's only one TV, but the house made up for it. The host was great he responded promptly and was very polite. He even called to check on us. There was an incident when one of the kids bumped into the statue by the door and broke it. We're willing to cover that if the insurance doesn't. Next...

« My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for everyone and the home was clean and comfortable. The communication with the hosts was great. They were quick to answer any questions we had. You may need to bring extra towels, but there is a washer and dryer to help out with that as well. « We got this property pretty last minute, the host was able to charge us for another night so we could actually check in the night we arrived as I booked the house later in the day on VRBO so that was great. However that was about the only nice thing for this experience besides the actual pool area, the actual pool it self was very clean and a great temperature.
