« I honestly loved this property, carperted areas needed deep cleaned(( maybe replaced.. lots of dark stains even felt unclean)) water in upstairs secondary master bathroom shower was wonky, got cold showers if used, but we made due plenty of other bathrooms, we just like have a person space. »

« We were never sent the code to access the house and couldn’t reach property manager or owner. We sat in driveway for over an hour trying to get code with VRBO which accounts for my poor rating. After that we had good communication with property manager. This was the second time of three VRBO stays that we had no code sent to us prior to getting to the house. Neighborhood was great and quiet! »

« This home is beautifully kept! I took a group of teens for a summer vacation and they loved this home. It’s near the community resort style pool and very convenient to grocery shopping and other restaurants. The pool was a bit warm so we text the host and they fixed it right away. I will definitely stay with this host again. »

We arrived and of course the first thing we do is check the water because I texted the day before to make sure the heat was turned on. Well it was cold. Send a text first thing to complain and was informed that the heat was turned on I just needed to turn on the jets in the hot tub. Did this and the tub warmed up just slightly but enough to get in so texted again and was told a work order would be placed. We were gone the...

« The house is in a community where you feel safe. It is clean and very spacious. It is located close to amenities and parks. The property manager and owner were both very prompt at answering any questions we had. They were very accommodating and professional. We would definitely stay here again. »

« Rented the house for our family trip to Disney . House was absolutely beautiful. Some issues regarding housekeeping and wifi but management did their best to rectify for us. We had a wonderful trip! »

« Not a bad location! Perfect spacious getaway for us while we attended the cheerleading worlds championship! Shawn is very helpful and responded to all my questions & concerns! Just keep in mind you’ll need to purchase toilet paper dish soap and laundry soap which we learned is relatively common down south! Target is just around the corner so wasn’t a big deal :) »
