« The Terrace Staff truly took customer service to the next level! We have never had such excellent CS. From the text requests that were delivered every time within minutes (Rose front desk was amazing) or the maintenance man (I think Richard) who not only ensured our AC was working properly he brought us complimentary fountain sodas in between his visits! I mean TOP NOTCH! All of it!!! I just can not say enough and we've stayed at all kinds of boutique style hotels, Ritz, JW Marriott's etc. »

« The room was musty and damp when first arrived. There were holes in the ceiling and walls - it was quite obviously having building work. Perhaps this was the last room available in the hotel The air con was so loud all through the night and I am a good sleeper normally The wifi never worked - despite being reported twice. Shame as this was the third Marriott of my trip and not up to the standards of the others. »
