The location is great, easy to get to downtown Lakeland and surrounding parks.Layout is a bit odd....you access one bedroom either through the first bedroom or a hallway from the laundry room. »

« Everything was good and it continued to be, we were extremely pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the overall amenities. One thing that's not mentioned in the add is the owner lives on site. But he was pleasant and didn't bother us. Our dog was allowed and he would let us know when he let his out. So no problems with the animals. It was a good stay! »
