« This apartment was perfect for my needs while I was taking part in 2 athletic events in Des Moines. My scheduled travel partner was not able to attend leaving me as a single female. With codes to external & internal doors and a quiet building and neighborhood, I felt very safe. I was even able to shelter in the basement gym, during a tornado alert. The apartment was comfortable and spacious and Mac added lots of useful extras. He was also a quick and helpful communicator. I would definitely stay...

« This place was absolutely perfect. My team was in town for work and dont care for hotels. The price and location could not have been better for what we are doing. Owner was very responsive to any needs. Super bummed it was booked this week. Looking forward to coming back next week! »

« This is a great place to stay! It is located in downtown Des Moines...walking distance to many great restaurants. Also if you are there on Saturday, the Downtown Farmer's Market is just out your door, and is one of the best in the country. The condo is neat, well appointed and nicely decorated. Once we got in and into the flow of entry and parking, it was easy! »
