« Requested in room coffee so didn’t have to go downstairs to other end of the hotel first thing to get a cup of coffee and the staff was very accommodating. They brought up a small coffee machine and two packets each of regular and decaf coffee. However, I didn’t notice that there wasn’t a hairdryer in the room until after I showered, so I had to go to the front desk since there are no in room phones and my text was not responded to. « Though it's not the Hilton it is a very clean and practical motel. Drive right up to your room. Makes for easy unloading of your luggage. No long walks from the parking lot down a corridor to your room. Everything you need for an overnight stay. Great place to stay if you're going to the Knoxville Speedway. Just a short 30 minute drive. Refrigerator, microwave, flat screen TV, soap and shampoo. I highly recommend and we'll stay there again. »

« Whatever they use for tv/cable connectivity was not good. TV was only grainy fuzzy picture and didn't have a netflix option either. »

« They advertised a hot tub hot tub was out of order torn up dilapidated no air conditioning in the pool area it was hot and humid unbearable to set and visit while out of the pool the rooms were playing the staff was very well informed on everything breakfast was well and parking was okay »

« Room was great but the stairway and hallway was freezing! I work on those types of ac heaters all the time. Who needs to keep units at 62 degrees? That's plain crazy! Thanks for the cold I got! »
