« The home was clean, the area was charming and had plenty of places around for food, supplies etc. One thing I would suggest is to bring a space heater along. The house took a bit to warm up when we arrived. »

I felt communication was a bit tricky as host likes to use WhatsApp and texting rather than VRBO where all people staying can see the messages. Lots of documents to fill out before checking in, which is listed, but is a hassle and involves downloading, filling out gobs of information and sending it back. It all worked out but it was a bit more work than the usual VRBO rental. »

« We were 3 couples in the area for a wedding. The house was as promised. Very well equipped - seems like the family uses it. They have done a nice renovation of the bathrooms. Very comfortable space both inside and outside. The hosts were quick to answer questions. »

« This cabin was perfect for our stay! The views were incredible and location was perfect. The only problem we had during our stay was the water tasting metallic and smelling like pennies when we showered. The owner informed us it was due to the home being on a well, so we picked some water up at a local grocery store and we're good to go from there. »

Everything is within walking distance and Hilltop Reservation walking trails are a short drive. Excellent food options, close to shopping, and owners are the best hosts! This is my second stay and I will return again! Hosts thought of everything so you will have everything you need! Very comfortable! »

« You only learned after booking that the owner would be in the basement at all times and moving cars around constantly. That was not explained in the listing. He also mowed the lawn while we were there, which was not pleasant while trying to nap. The keypad to enter the home doesn’t work properly and you have to type the code multiple times to finally enter. The beds are not comfortable at all.
