« This house was perfect for our stay. Close to shops and food. 10 minute walk to the beach. My kids loved the outdoor shower. Looking forward to staying again. Penny was an excellent host and very responsive with questions. »

« The location of the property is perfect. It’s just a walk to the back for the beach so that was amazing, but the property itself needs better upkeep. There was mildew in the bathroom and on the utensils and pots. There were crumbs layer of dust on some surfaces, and the smell hits you as soon as you open the door. Communication was nonexistent, even though we were able to figure out the problems ourselves, It would’ve been nice to get a reply back to the messages I sent. »

« This location had rats and for being family friendly it wasn’t safe for our 2 kiddos. Host was available and able to help us get in at last minute being from different State.We have been charged an additional 500 for a stolen TV and remote that was never took. Eyes out on these people »

« The only positive about this place in my opinion, is its location. The view looking AWAY from the house are wonderful. The house and property are old, dilapidated and not at all maintained. I did not expect it to be a perfect venue, but the photos posted by the property owner DO NOT represent the conditions in and around the house. Not only is in poor repair, it is not kept clean either. There was no trash can or trash bags inside. The trash can on the porch was full of garbage when we arrived....

« This is not a cottage. It is a multifamily duplex. The owners live on the upper floor, and the bottom is the rental. We had chosen this place thinking it was a single family house. We wanted a quiet home where our toddlers could get good naps and any nighttime crying wouldn’t disturb anyone. Disappointing.The kitchen is tiny and sparsely equipped. Makes cooking difficult.Outdoor shower area was a little cluttered and didn’t feel very private owing to it being a multifamily home.Cleanliness was...

« The house is in the best location the owner is very responsive if you reach out to him. We love the charm of the house and the privacy. We've stayed in the house twice and will return. »
