« Short walk to the beach, 3 minutes tops, when traffic is heavy, less on weekdays. The shower pressure was top notch, bathroom was very clean. The back could use some cleaning up and the entrance was a little off-putting, but once you open the door to the living space, it is clean. Most of the beach chairs were too rusty to use, thankfully we brought our own. We really enjoyed our 4 night stay, and it was nice that we could bring my mother and her dog. « Great property. Very clean. Very comfortable. Short 5-7min walk to beach access. Have to cross main road, which is busy but there are definite frequent breaks in traffic. « This beach house is a great size. Three bedrooms slept our group of four comfortably. The walk to the beach was a little longer than we expected due to construction on 20th street that made us have to divert to a different street. I recommend bringing a wagon. The dishwasher in the house was broken and there was a plumbing issue with the shower. Luckily there was an outdoor shower and the weather was nice so we could use that option. « This has been our FAVORITE thusfar. Plenty of space, a block from the local part (not busy) of Virginia Beach. EVERY detail was thought of and was included. Beach Chairs, Beach carry wagon, FLUFFY beach towels! Bedsc were great! Bathrooms roomy. Garage with ADDITIONAL washer and dryer. The outside shower to rinse feet, etc keeps everything neat. « The communication and customer service of the host was the worst Ive EVER experienced. They tried to charge hidden fees and when questioned told multiple stories. They also had appraiser show up at the property at 830 one of the morings of our stay eith no notification to theur guests stay there. There were hazards in the house and no interenet. If i could get a refund i absolutely would. The only good thing about our stay was the beautfiul location. »
