« The house was fairly nice, although there is an extreme lack of maintenance on the house itself the yard is poorly kept and the dock outside to the lake is extremely dangerous and feels as if it’s going to collapse, the dining room table is very wobbly the chairs had screws coming out the fridge leaked water and the oven did not work in the living room there was very visible cockroaches. Upon arrival the house was left dirty the grill had dirty cigarette butts other then the lack of maintenance...

« Our kids had fun playing in the game room, there were plenty of beds and linens were clean. However the condition of the cabin needed updating and was not the cleanest place we have stayed in. The dock wasn’t functional-missing railings and holes in the baseboards »

« Host was communicative and helpful. Exactly what we needed and where we needed. »

« Very modern »

« Very nice. No stove but they provide a single portable burner which worked well. To get to the tiny home theres a steep hill and steps with uneven pavers which wasn’t a problem but could be for others with medical problems. Wifi went out on us but host got it back up and running after 5 minutes. Shower also stopped working while we were using the sink. Only big problem was the area. Very sketchy, and my husband claimed to hear gunshots on our first night. »

« a little hard keeping it cool (I stayed in June); there is one window unit that is central enough, unless you want to close the pocket door to the bedroom (because the unit is noisy, and the light that comes in through the front door glass can not be shut out and shines into the bedroom). »
