« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!!! Views were great. Right on the beach via a boardwalk. We thought we would be bothered by the multiple units at the place since we initially thought we had a house to ourselves (didn’t read the whole listing I guess), but it wasn’t any big deal. We actually rented a second unit so one of the families could spread out a bit more. It was perfect. Thanks for the great upkeep of this place! »

« This property is absolutely perfect. The location is fantastic, it is clean, well furnished, and contains all the conveniences you might need in a vacation property. Three bedrooms with en-suite access means it has more than enough space for at least 3 couples. The beach is only 50 ft away and we loved sitting on the balcony and watching the waves. 10/10 »

« We love Fernandina Beach and Amelia Island and this was the absolute best location.10 minute walk to sunrise breakfast. 10 minute drive to downtown. 15 minute walk to Denucci's ice cream. Clean and spacious. Loved it! »

« Communication with the host was excellent! Check in was no problem The house was as described with a big fenced yard for the dogs in a local residential neighborhood . We ran into an issue with the air conditioning and the owner had the ac repair fellow out there three times on a Saturday to get it resolved. Although we were inconvenienced by this technical issue I found the owner to be empathetic and understanding and would definitely rent here another time in the future »

« Condo was great. Not facing the beach but just about a 100 yards away. The pool was heated and really nice. The condo is clean and has been updated. Highly recommend. »
