« Right on the beach by private walkway. We were disappointed in that we could not reserve it for next year. Everything was as described---well provisioned, lots of outside areas to sit, and very cozy. Wonderful hosts--helped us out in a couple of emergencies. Amelia Island is a real gem, we have never seen a place with so many wonderful restaurants. Wish we could stay here again-- »

« Easily accessible for the surrounding town but limited use of amenities, pickleball courts are not available for guest u less booked through the resort. The check in through the gate is inconvenient but doable…hard ti find in the dark. Comfortable room for 2. »

« Water pressure was a bit low for the shower. There was no sponge in the kitchen that I could find. I have never stayed in a VRBO so I am not sure what is supposed to be there and was is not! I did not turn the ceiling fan on in the bedroom because the light would have stayed on. I could not reach the pull string to turn the light off. My stay was excellent. »

« This lovely condo is nestled among the trees, and is in a great location, within walking distance to Egan's Creek Greenway and the beach. The heating and cooling system (we needed both in Feb!) work perfectly. We enjoyed the privacy of the spacious screened porch, and the French doors allowed us to enjoy the trees even when it was too chilly to be out there. « Process from booking to checking was seamless.There was a stove issue that Michelle had rectified as quickly as possible.Our weather was fantastic and every restaurant we visited was sooo good! The kitchen was very well stocked with pots and pans. Beach chairs were great and we chose to buy a body board, noodles and beach toys so we hope others can enjoy them during their stay!! »
