« Really disappointed by the host of this spot. We had multiple issues with broken AC, no wifi connection, etc. and he was nonresponsive/unwilling to hop on a call and help. Unfortunate because otherwise I would recommend this spot - but I highly recommend you avoid unless you feel like dealing with a head ache. Will not be coming back here. »

« Great location. Walking distance to downtown. Clean. We stayed during Christmas and had about 2-3” of snow. Host was prompt and replied early saying they were looking for someone to shovel the walkway (which wasn’t necessary). Would absolutely come back and stay here. Loved it!! Thank you! »

"Chambre spacieuse et bien décorée. TrÚs bon accueil, David a été trÚs agréable et a bien répondu à nos besoins, ce fut trÚs apprécié. Le déjeuner, trÚs bon dans une salle à manger bien aménagée et confortable. Nous serons certainement de retour au Martin House lors de notre prochaine visite à Nantucket, excellent rapport qualité/prix."
