« The rental itself was nice and as described in the listing. The check in process was a total misery. The keypad lock on the front door did not work and the lockbox meant to house a mechanical key was completely empty. After a few hours of waiting around for someone to bring me a key, a "maintenance man" came with a key -- he was outrageously rude, impatient, unprofessional, and wildly inappropriately verbally aggressive. The lock never worked properly for the rest of the week and I had to leave...
